WELCOME TO URBAN WELLNESS

Urban Wellness is a collaboration with Renegade Yoga to create a healing space with the highest and best vibes flowing.  The space is located in what once was the center's meditation room.  The window is crafted art to look like seaweed; and the walls are the color of vibrant orange coral.  

Remember that massage therapists have no authority to diagnosis medical conditions; Urban Wellness recommends you check with your primary care physician before receiving bodywork (the manual manipulations of body tissues for health and well-being) or before starting any physical fitness program.  

Inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.  Massage is meant to be pleasurable and is not sexual in nature.  

Reschedule your appointment if you are sick.  Please respect each other's space, wear a mask if you wish, and wash your hands before and after your visit to Renegade Yoga Center.
